There are certain predefined fields called <strong>Default Fields<\/strong>, which the MainBrainer CRM provides you by default, like the First Name, Country, Mobile Number, Email, etc.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, we understand that every business is unique and might need to store custom information about their clients. <strong>Custom Fields<\/strong> help you do just that \u2013 create additional fields as per the data type of the data that you wish to store.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-info\"><p><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>You can <a href=\"\/hc\/crm\/manage\/create-custom-fields\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">create Custom Fields<\/a> that appear universally in all your CRM Lists.
