CRM contacts highlighted\" width=\"488\" height=\"634\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>The subsequent page displays all the Contact Lists created to date in your MainBrainer account.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1546\" title=\"CRM contact lists overview\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/crm-contact-lists-overview.png\" alt=\"CRM import, list overview\" width=\"640\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h2>How to Import data into your CRM lists?<\/h2>\n<p>You can <a href=\"\/hc\/popular\/how-to-import-contacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">import data into your CRM lists using a CSV data file<\/a>, or by <a href=\"\/hc\/crm\/manage\/add-contact-manually\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">manually typing in your data<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To import your data using a CSV file, navigate to the list to which you wish to add the data and click the corresponding <strong>Import<\/strong> button<em>&nbsp;(as highlighted in the screenshot below).<\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1547\" title=\"Import contacts list\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/import-contacts-list.png\" alt=\"CRM import, list overview. The import button is highlighted\" width=\"640\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>You will be redirected to the Contact import screen wherein you will be prompted to <a href=\"\/hc\/popular\/how-to-import-contacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">upload the CSV data file<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-info\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> You can run as many imports for your Contact Lists as you wish. In case of secondary imports into a list, new data will be added to the CRM, and existing data, if any, will be updated.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-warning\"><p>In the MainBrainer CRM, <strong>YOU&nbsp;<\/strong>decide all the import rules for <strong>YOUR&nbsp;<\/strong>data at the time of import itself &#8211; identifying duplicates and how to deal with them, defining your master data, and every other possible detail on how <strong>YOU&nbsp;<\/strong>wish to handle <strong>YOUR&nbsp;<\/strong>data.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-info\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> In case you attempt to <a href=\"\/hc\/account\/billing\/buy-more-resources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">import more Contacts than are permitted in your subscription plan<\/a>, and you have insufficient funds in your account to pay for the additional Contacts, the import process will fail.
