While we recommend that you set goals for your campaigns at the time of sending<\/a>, you can also set goals for the campaigns sent in the past.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: When you set goals for a previously sent campaign, goal performance is evaluated using the data beginning from the moment the campaign was originally sent to the current time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

How to set sending goals for previously sent SMS campaigns?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Step 1 – Create a New Goal<\/h3>\n

Use the Main Menu<\/strong> on the left to expand the Create<\/strong> menu and click Goal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The next screen will list all the goals created so far. You can edit an existing goal or create a new goal. To create a new goal, use the Create Goal<\/strong> button (as highlighted in the screenshot below)<\/em> and proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n

Step 2 – Give the Goal a Relevant Name and Description<\/h3>\n

This description is purely for your reference purpose. Your customers will not see this, so make it as informative as you want. It will make campaign identification easier in the future. Click Continue<\/strong> when done.<\/p>\n

Step 3 – Select the SMS sending for Goal Setting<\/h3>\n

The Goal Purpose<\/strong> dropdown menu lists the different types of goals you can create for your campaigns. From this menu, click SMS Sending<\/strong> (as highlighted in the screenshot below).<\/em><\/p>\n

From the subsequently displayed menu, select the relevant SMS sending for which you wish to set the SMS sending goals<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the expanded menu that is consequently displayed, enter the target performance values for your SMS sending.<\/p>\n
