There are two instances at which you can set SMS Sending goals for SMS campaigns:<\/p>\n

1. When you Send\/Schedule an SMS Campaign<\/h2>\n

When you send\/schedule an SMS sending, you will be prompted to set goals for the SMS sending<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Although this step is optional at the time of the sending and can be skipped using the button Skip Goal Settings<\/strong>, we highly recommend that you always set goals for your campaign distributions. Doing so makes your work easier when it comes to campaign performance analytics.<\/p>\n

2. For Previously Sent SMS Campaigns<\/h2>\n

You can also set sending goals for the SMS campaigns sent in the past<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> When you set goals for a previously sent campaign, goal performance is evaluated using the data beginning from the moment the campaign was originally sent to the current time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
