Once you set goals for an Email sending<\/a>, you can monitor the Email sending’s performance with respect to the set goals in real-time. Here’s how:<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/h4>\n

Navigate to Email Insights<\/h4>\n

Use the Main Menu <\/strong>on the left to expand the Insights<\/strong> menu, and click Email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h4>\n

Select the Relevant Email Sending<\/h4>\n

Open the Email Sendings<\/strong> tab (as highlighted in the screenshot below).<\/em> From the displayed list of Email sendings, navigate to, and click the Email sending<\/strong> for which you wish to view the analytics.<\/p>\n

View the Performance Stats of the Email Sending under the Tab Email KPIs<\/h4>\n

Scroll down the page to view the performance of the Email sending vis-\u00e0-vis the set goals.<\/p>\n

As you’ll notice in the above screenshot, next to the KPIs, there is an additional column – Goals<\/strong>, which mentions the goal set at the time of campaign distribution.<\/p>\n

Next to it is the column \u2013 Achieved<\/strong>, where color-coded icons show whether the campaign achieved its goals or not.<\/p>\n

Here, the different colored icons represent different performance statuses:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • The G<\/strong>reen icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has been achieved. Also, the goal was achieved within the time duration specified for goal measurement.<\/li>\n
  • The Yellow icon<\/strong> represents that the goal was achieved, but after the expiry of the time duration specified for goal measurement.<\/li>\n
  • The Light-Grey icon<\/strong> represents an ongoing goal that hasn’t yet been achieved, i.e., there is still time left before the time duration specified for goal measurement ends.<\/li>\n
  • The Red icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has not been achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
