You can set goals for contact list growth using Recruitment to list<\/strong> goals in MainBrainer.<\/p>\n

What is a Recruitment to List Goal?<\/h2>\n

This goal<\/a> type helps you keep an eye on the number of contacts added to your CRM lists<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As a part of your marketing strategy, you run various campaigns with specific end goals in mind. Using the Recruitment to list<\/strong> goals, you can state the number of customers you plan to recruit to your CRM list<\/a>\/segment<\/a>. Doing so helps you measure the effectiveness of your recruitment campaigns by seeing which campaigns met their targets.<\/p>\n

How to Set Recruitment to List Goals?<\/h2>\n

Step 1<\/h2>\n

Create a New Goal<\/h2>\n

Use the Main Menu<\/strong> on the left to expand the Create<\/strong> menu and click Goal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The next screen will list all the goals created so far. You can edit an existing goal or create a new goal.<\/p>\n

To create a new goal, use the Create Goal<\/strong> button (as highlighted in the screenshot below) <\/em>and proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n

Give the goal a relevant name and description, and click Continue<\/strong>. This description is purely for your reference purposes.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n

Select your Goal Purpose<\/h2>\n

The Goal Purpose<\/strong> dropdown menu lists the different types of goals you can create for your campaigns. From this menu, click Recruitment to List<\/strong> (as highlighted in the screenshot below)<\/em>. As you do, an expanded menu is displayed.<\/p>\n
