The Main Menu<\/h3>\n<p>The blue pane on the left is the <strong>Main Menu<\/strong>. Using the Main Menu, you can access:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>the <strong>Getting Started<\/strong> introduction\/setup menu,<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>Dashboard<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n<li>the functional areas available on MainBrainer as expandable menu options that list everything you can do on the platform &#8211; creating and sending campaigns and templates, getting campaign performance insights, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Main Menu may be minimized or expanded with the 3 stripe icon to the right of the logo.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1412 size-full\" title=\"MainBrainer main menu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/mainbrainer-main-menu.png\" alt=\"MainBrainer, all the menu options in the main menu\" width=\"594\" height=\"560\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"aricle_container\">\n<p>The different dropdown menu options are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>\n<h4>Create<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">In <a href=\"\/hc\/start\/understand\/create-menu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the Create menu<\/a>, you will find the different types of campaigns that can be created in the platform &#8211; <a href=\"\/hc\/landing-pages\/builder\/create\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Landing Page<\/a> and <a href=\"\/hc\/email\/creator\/how-to-create-email\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Email<\/a>. It also includes options to create <a href=\"\/hc\/a-z-guide\/template\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Templates<\/a> and organizational tools &#8211; <a href=\"\/hc\/a-z-guide\/folder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Folders<\/a> and to set <a href=\"\/hc\/a-z-guide\/goal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Goals<\/a> for your campaigns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">For anything that you need to create\/edit, simply expand this menu, and click the relevant menu option.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1414 size-full\" title=\"MainBrainer create menu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/mainbrainer-create-menu-1.png\" alt=\"MainBrainer Create menu. Options are Landing Page, Email, Template, Folder and Goals\" width=\"488\" height=\"634\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>\n<h4>Contacts<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">This menu can be used to access your <a href=\"\/hc\/start\/understand\/crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CRM database<\/a> and review, modify or edit your <a href=\"\/hc\/a-z-guide\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Contacts<\/a>, their <a href=\"\/hc\/a-z-guide\/opt-in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">opt-in status<\/a>, and other details, etc. You can also group your contacts into <a href=\"\/hc\/a-z-guide\/contact-list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Contact Lists<\/a>, and create <a href=\"\/hc\/a-z-guide\/segment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">segments<\/a> within your contact lists based on the desired filtration criteria.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1415 size-full\" title=\"MainBrainer CRM contacts menu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/mainbrainer-crm-contacts-menu-1.png\" alt=\"MainBrainer CRM, Contacts submenu. Only option is CRM Contacts\" width=\"488\" height=\"634\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>\n<h4>Send<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">In the <strong>Send<\/strong> menu, you&#8217;ll find the options for distributing your marketing campaigns &#8211; <a href=\"\/hc\/sms\/send-sms\/how-to-send-sms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SMS<\/a> and <a href=\"\/hc\/email\/send-email\/how-send-email-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Email<\/a>. If the campaign you intend to send has been created already, simply go to the <strong>Send<\/strong> menu and choose the way you wish to send it. On the subsequent screen, select the recipient(s) and the campaign that you wish to send. Options are SMS and Email\" width=\"488\" height=\"634\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>\n<h4>Insights<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">The <a href=\"\/hc\/start\/understand\/insights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Insights menu<\/a> houses the navigation options for performance analytics of all the campaigns sent via MainBrainer. Options are SMS, Email, Landing page and NPS\" width=\"488\" height=\"634\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">For every campaign type, there are two types of data views:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Overview<\/strong> for the aggregate analytics for that campaign type.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/hc\/sms\/performance-insights\/insights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>SMS sendings<\/strong><\/a><strong>\/&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"\/hc\/email\/email-performance\/email-insights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Email Sendings<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;\/&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"\/hc\/landing-pages\/performance\/insights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Landing Pages<\/strong><\/a> for the sending-specific analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">As you click a campaign type in the Insights menu, the overview with aggregate data for that campaign type will be displayed by default. You can switch to viewing the analytics for a particular distribution using the tabs at the top.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h3>2. The Get Help menu<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">The Help Center contains a collection of articles explaining the UI and various features of our platform. While using the platform, if you need help, click the <strong>Get Help&nbsp;<\/strong>button <em>(as highlighted in the screenshot below).&nbsp;<\/em>As you do, a sidebar will display the following options:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>Search for help<\/strong> &#8211; Search for any topic and you will be redirected to the relevant article from our <a href=\"\/hc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">knowledge base<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submit Your Ticket<\/strong> &#8211; If you have further questions or concerns, you may submit a support request to contact our support executives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refer Articles<\/strong> &#8211; Here you find all the knowledge base articles organized under relevant categories.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Release Note<\/strong> &#8211; Information about our latest software release(s).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suggested articles<\/strong> &#8211; Knowledge base articles relevant to the page where you clicked the Get help button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1418 size-full\" title=\"MainBrainer help menu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/mainbrainer-get-help-menu.png\" alt=\"MainBrainer Help Center, get help button\" width=\"560\" height=\"447\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 24px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h3>3. Options are My Account, Billing, Configuration, Downloads and Logout\" width=\"587\" height=\"509\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>As you click the Account name and expand the menu <em>(as highlighted in the &nbsp;screenshot above)<\/em>, you can access your Account&#8217;s various settings:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>My<em>&nbsp;<\/em>Account<\/strong> &#8211; Use this section to view\/edit your account details, change your password, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Billing&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; The <a href=\"\/hc\/account\/billing\/billing-section\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Billing section<\/a> displays all your subscription details and billing-related information.
