Templates

An SMS trigger template allows you to save all the details necessary to trigger an SMS sending as an SMS trigger template. For example, the SMS sender name, the SMS content and text, the unsubscribe link, etc.

SMS trigger templates can be used to autofill the sending details at the time of SMS sending, and auto-send an SMS when a customer signs up his/her mobile number for your promotional messages.

An Email trigger template allows you to save all the details necessary to trigger an Email sending as a template, for example, the Email sender's name, the sender's Email, the Email subject, etc.

Email trigger templates are used in the implementation of a single opt-in signup process to auto-send an Email when a customer signs up his/her Email address to receive Email communication from you.
