Once you set goals for an Email sending<\/a>, you can monitor the Email sending’s performance with respect to the set goals in real-time. Here’s how:<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/h4>\n

Navigate to Email Insights<\/h4>\n

Use the Main Menu<\/strong> on the left to expand the Insights<\/strong> menu, and click Email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h4>\n

Select the Relevant Email Sending.<\/h4>\n

Open the Email Sendings<\/strong> tab (as highlighted in the screenshot below)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

From the displayed list of Email sendings, navigate to, and click the Email sending for which you wish to view the analytics.<\/p>\n

Monitor the Email Conversion Statistics!<\/h4>\n

Next, click the Engagement<\/strong> tab (as highlighted in the screenshot below).<\/em><\/p>\n

Scroll down the page to view the widget-specific analytics. You’ll see a list of all widgets from this Email campaign. Against each listing, click-through<\/strong> rates will be displayed numerically. In addition to that, you’ll see icons in different colors for each listing.<\/p>\n

Here, the different colored icons represent different performance statuses:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • A green icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has been achieved within the specified time duration.<\/li>\n
  • A yellow icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has been achieved, albeit after the expiry of the specified time duration.<\/li>\n
  • A light-<\/strong>grey icon<\/strong> represents an ongoing goal that hasn’t yet been achieved yet, i.e., there is still time left before the time duration specified for goal measurement ends.<\/li>\n
  • A red icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has not been achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
