Email is highlighted\" width=\"488\" height=\"634\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>On the subsequent screen, enter in a name and description for this sending. Enter a relevant name and description, something that will make the sending identification easier in the future. This name and description will also be used to display the list of scheduled sendings on your dashboard. Your customers will not see this, so make it as informative as you want.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-warning\"><p>If you choose not to enter a name for the sending, MainBrainer assigns a default name to the Email Sending with the following structure:<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><strong>&lt;Email&nbsp; &nbsp;Sending date&nbsp; &nbsp;Sending time&gt;<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>For example:<\/strong> Email 30.07.2021 10:00:00<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Click <strong>Continue<\/strong> when done.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Step 2<\/h2>\n<h2>Choose your Email recipients<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Email<\/strong> <strong>Recipients<\/strong> Section <em>(highlighted in the screenshot below)&nbsp;<\/em>displays all the <a href=\"\/hc\/en_IN\/a-z-guide\/contact-list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contact lists<\/a> created in your account to date along with their constituent <a href=\"\/hc\/en_IN\/a-z-guide\/segment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">segments<\/a>. Use this section to <a href=\"\/hc\/en_IN\/email\/send-email\/campaign-recipients\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">select the contacts you would like to send the campaign to<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2115 size-full\" title=\"Email sending recipients\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/email-campagin-recipients.png\" alt=\"Email campaign sending, email recipients section. The create list button is highlighted\" width=\"535\" height=\"504\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>Click <strong>Continue<\/strong> when done.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Step 3<\/h2>\n<h2>Type in your Email Content<\/h2>\n<p>Use the subsequent screen to specify the Email campaign that you wish to send and the relevant sender details:<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2117 size-full\" title=\"Email sending name, email and subject\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/email-sender-name-subject.png\" alt=\"Email campaign sending, sender name, sender email and subject\" width=\"439\" height=\"626\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>Herein, use the fields:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>Sender name<\/strong> &#8211; to select the Sender Name for this campaign distribution. This name helps the Email recipients identify who the sender of the Email is.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sender Email<\/strong> &#8211; to select the Email address that you want to send the Email campaign from.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reply to &#8211;<\/strong> to select the Email address at which you would like to receive replies from this campaign\u2019s recipients. Use the option <strong>Create New<\/strong> from the dropdown menu to create a new reply-to Email address.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subject<\/strong> &#8211; to enter in the text that you would like to appear in the Email\u2019s subject field. Improve your campaign\u2019s open rate by adding a catchy subject line that prompts your recipients to open and read your Email. If you wish to personalize the subject line, click the <strong>Personalize&nbsp;<\/strong>button to view the list of available merge codes. The merge codes will get dynamically replaced by the corresponding CRM data at the time of email sending.\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2118 size-full\" title=\"Email personalize button\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/email-personalization-subject.png\" alt=\"Email campaign sending. The personalize button in the subject field is highlighted\" width=\"427\" height=\"117\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preheader<\/strong> &#8211; to enter in the text that you would like to appear in the Email\u2019s preheader area, i.e., the area after the subject line. Try to add a summary of the campaign as a preheader. It gives your recipients an idea about what is inside the Email before even actually opening it. If you wish to personalize the preheader text, click the <strong>Personalize&nbsp;<\/strong>button to view the list of available merge codes. Add email and recipients\" width=\"417\" height=\"402\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-info\"><p><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>The test Emails sent will also count towards the account&#8217;s Email consumption.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-info\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Though highly recommended, sending a Test Email is optional, and you can straight away send out the campaign to your recipients if you wish to.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Once you have double-checked all the details, and wish to send your campaign out to your recipients, use the section highlighted in the below screenshot to specify if you would like to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>send your Email campaign right away, or<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/hc\/en_IN\/email\/send-email\/schedule-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">schedule your Email campaign sending for a later time\/date<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2123 size-full\" title=\"Email sending date and time\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/email-send-now-schedule.png\" alt=\"Email campaign sending, send options. Send now or choose time and date\" width=\"524\" height=\"1127\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 24px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Step 5<\/h2>\n<h2>Set Goals for your Email sending<\/h2>\n<p>You can set <a href=\"\/hc\/en_IN\/a-z-guide\/goal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Goals<\/a> (i.e., performance targets) for your Email sending on the subsequent screen. Though highly recommended, this step is optional.
