The list of actions that can be performed for an Email:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1992\" title=\"Email actions\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/email-manager-list-of-actions.png\" alt=\"Email actions. Edit, Duplicate, Send, Insights, URL, Share, History, Archive and folder\" width=\"640\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>Edit &#8211;<\/strong> to pick up where you left off and edit a previously created Email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duplicate &#8211;<\/strong> to create another Email that is a copy of this Email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send &#8211;<\/strong> to distribute an Email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Insights &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>to view the performance analytics of the Email campaign (this button will be visible only after you distribute the Email).<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1993 size-full\" title=\"Main menu email insights\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/email-manager-insights-button.png\" alt=\"Email campaign manager, view Insights button\" width=\"395\" height=\"168\"><\/li>\n<li><strong>URL &#8211;<\/strong> to view\/copy the short\/original URL of the Email campaign<\/li>\n<li><strong>History &#8211;<\/strong> to view the previous actions performed on the Email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Archive &#8211;<\/strong> to archive the Email campaign<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add to folder &#8211;<\/strong> to add the Email to a folder<\/li>\n<li><strong>Embedded Code &#8211;<\/strong> to view\/copy the embeddable code for the Email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-success\"><p>Buttons corresponding to some permitted actions are displayed against the Email name in the listing; the rest are displayed in an expandable menu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-warning\"><p>Permitted actions depend on the current state of the Email. For example:<\/p>\n<p>1. For Emails that are in the <strong>Draft&nbsp;<\/strong>state, but you haven&#8217;t saved any changes to the campaign, you can only <strong>Edit<\/strong> or <strong>Duplicate<\/strong> the Email. For such Emails, actions &#8211; <strong>History<\/strong>, <strong>Archive<\/strong>, and <strong>Add to Folder<\/strong> are available in the expandable menu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2846\" title=\"Email campaign state draft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/email-manager-email-state-draft.png\" alt=\"Email campaign manager, email with the state draft\" width=\"640\" height=\"387\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 24px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>2. For Emails that are in the Ready state, you can <strong>Edit<\/strong>, <strong>Duplicate<\/strong>, and <strong>Send<\/strong> the Email. Rest all the actions are available on the expandable menu. For the Expired Emails, you can <strong>Duplicate<\/strong> the Email or use the <strong>Insights<\/strong> button to view the analytics for the Email. You cannot edit or send these Emails as such. To edit or send them again, create a duplicate of the Email and then proceed as desired.
