Step 1 – Navigate to SMS Insights<\/h2>\n

Use the Main Menu<\/strong> on the left to expand the Insights<\/strong> menu, and click SMS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2 – Select the Relevant SMS Sending<\/h2>\n

Click the SMS Sendings<\/strong> tab (as highlighted in the screenshot below).<\/em> From the displayed list of SMS sendings, navigate to, and click the SMS sending<\/a> for which you wish to view the analytics.<\/p>\n

Step 3 – View KPI Analytics<\/h2>\n

Click the SMS KPIs<\/strong> tab and scroll down to view the KPI analysis.<\/p>\n

The screenshot below shows how the SMS sending analytics typically look like:<\/p>\n

As you’ll notice in the screenshot above, next to the KPIs, there is an additional column – Goals<\/strong>, which mentions the goal<\/a> set at the time of campaign sending.<\/p>\n

Next to it is the column \u2013 Achieved<\/strong>, where color-coded icons show whether the campaign achieved its goals or not.<\/p>\n

Here, the different colored icons represent different performance statuses:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • The green icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has been achieved within the specified time duration.<\/li>\n
  • The yellow icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has been achieved, albeit after the expiry of the specified time duration.<\/li>\n
  • The light-grey icon<\/strong> represents an ongoing goal that hasn’t yet been achieved yet, i.e., there is still time left before the time duration specified for goal measurement ends.<\/li>\n
  • The red icon<\/strong> represents that the goal has not been achieved within the specified time duration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
