The downloads button is highlighted\" width=\"587\" height=\"509\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>The subsequent screen will list all the files available for download in your MainBrainer account (corresponding to all the data export requests placed in your account).<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2544\" title=\"Downloads overview\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/overview-downloads.png\" alt=\"Download reports. Downloads overview\" width=\"640\" height=\"316\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>For each file available for download:<\/p>\n<p>1. The <strong>Name&nbsp;<\/strong>column lists the name of the file which was exported. For example, if you export a CRM List with the name July Signups, &nbsp;the download file will have the same name as the CRM List, i.e., July Signups.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>2. The <strong>Content&nbsp;<\/strong>column lists the type of data that the file contains. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Segment<\/strong> to indicate that the file contains contact data of a <a href=\"\/hc\/en_GB\/a-z-guide\/segment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Segment<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>CRM&nbsp;<\/strong>to indicate that the file contains contact data of a <a href=\"\/hc\/en_GB\/a-z-guide\/contact-list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CRM Contact List<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>3. The <strong>Export Time<\/strong> lists the date and time at which the data export request was placed.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>4.<span style=\"white-space: pre;\">&nbsp;<\/span>The <strong>Status&nbsp;<\/strong>column lists the current status of the export request, i.e., whether the export is in progress or finished.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>5.<span style=\"white-space: pre;\">&nbsp;<\/span>The <strong>Downloads&nbsp;<\/strong>column lists the number of times the file has already been downloaded.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>6.<span style=\"white-space: pre;\">&nbsp;<\/span>The <strong>Actions&nbsp;<\/strong>column lists the actions that can be performed for the file:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Download&nbsp;<\/strong>to download a copy of the file<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete&nbsp;<\/strong>to delete the file from the downloads page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"elevio-box-info\"><p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you choose to delete a file from the downloads page, there is no way to retrieve it.
