Aggregated SMS insights last 30 days\" width=\"640\" height=\"405\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 20px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p>Corresponding to each KPI, the absolute values are displayed under the column <strong>Total<\/strong>, and percentage values are displayed under the column <strong>Total %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For easier identification of the metric ranges, we follow the following color-coding to highlight the different range values of the Status rates:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Status rates &lt; 20% are highlighted in <strong>red<\/strong> font.<\/li>\n<li>40% &lt; Status rates &lt; 20% are highlighted in <strong>yellow&nbsp;<\/strong>font.<\/li>\n<li>Status rates &gt; 40% are highlighted in <strong>green&nbsp;<\/strong>font.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<h2>SMS Sending &#8211; Specific Analytics<\/h2>\n<p>If you wish to view the analytics for a particular SMS sending, use the <strong>SMS Sendings<\/strong> tab to navigate to the desired sending.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 14px 0;\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2724\" title=\"SMS sendings tab\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mainbrainer.com\/hc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/specific-sms-sending-insights.png\" alt=\"SMS insights overview.
