There are two ways to set Sending Goals for your Email campaigns:
1. Set the Goals when you Send/Schedule an Email Campaign
When you send/schedule an Email Sending, you will be prompted to set Goals for the Sending. Enter the target KPI values for the Email Sending, and monitor the performance of the Email Sending from the Insights section.
2. Set the Goals for previously sent Email Campaigns
You can also set Email Sending Goals for the campaigns sent in the past.
Note: When you set Goals for a previously sent campaign, Goal performance is evaluated using the data beginning from the moment the campaign was originally sent to the current time.
