It is for these repetitive data entry scenarios that Templates come in handy. Templates allow you to save such repetitive details as a ready-to-use Template. You can then use these Templates to autofill the fields at the time of campaign sending instead of entering the details manually.
Once you create a Template, you can reuse them as many times as you wish.
